We will calculate the freight automatically for rest of world.
Order/shipping process
1. Assuming everything goes as it should, your order will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In normal circumstances, the United States' orders need 5~10 business days shipping (excludes AK, HI and other remote areas). Delivery times exclude Saturday and Sunday.
2. In normal circumstances, the orders from Canada need 8~15 business days shipping.
3. For other countries shipping, we usually need about 14 business days. Before you order any item, kindly email us to consult the shipping (excludes The United States). Email us: info@adeptwool.com.
4. A confirmation email is sent within 1~2 hour of order placement to the email you provided in your order information. So, you would better fill in your email address before you order.
5. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. International order/taxes
1. All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of your country. The shipping fees we charge for your order do not necessarily include custom fees, duties, or import taxes.
2. If you’re not sure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country beforeyou place an order.
RETURNS
How long do I have to return items I have purchased and do I have to pay for return shipping?
1. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return items you have purchased. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
2. Return shipping is free in US order only and only for the first return per order. You must use the shipping label we provide. For rest of world, there is no free return service. International returns/exchanges must be held responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes for both ways and are not recommended. If you feel your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us to discuss a solution (info@adeptwool.com).
3. Gift: Gifts that are unwashed/unworn without a receipt can only be exchanged for an item of equal value, and are subject to inspection. A copy of the receipt is preferred when possible. Style exchanges may be subject to current price differences.
Can I return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
No. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged. Items must be in a new, unused condition, accompanied by the original tags, and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Service within 45 days from your date of purchase.
