Order/shipping process (Free shipping on all order.)

1. Assuming everything goes as it should, your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In normal circumstances, the United States' orders need 3~6 business days shipping (excludes AK, HI and other remote areas). Delivery times exclude Saturday and Sunday.

2. A confirmation email is sent within 1~2 hour of order placement to the email you provided in your order information. So, you would better fill in your email address before you order.

3. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
